In response to your questions about our interior design services, we hereby explain how you order and the procedure of our design services in detail.

We introduce both questions mostly asked and those answers as follows;
- I have no idea about how and what to do in requesting interior design services.
- There is no need to worry. We will ask you detailed questions, so please answer them as long as you can. We will provide you suitable interior design plans based on your answers.
- I’m thinking of requesting by the contact form, but I’m worried if my request will be communicated well.
- After the contact form’s first contact, our staff consults you in detail by phone, email, or ONLINE (Zoom). If you feel uneasy about the communication using the contact form, we recommend ONLINE, Zoom consultation, which we can see face-to-face. It can make us communicate easily and make your requests to be well understood.
- I woder how much the design fee costs?
- We will offer our services depending on your budget.

If you plan to purchase furniture, please ask us. We will provide you furniture plans that suit your budget.
- I’d like to know how to pay and when the payment happens.
- After the consultation of your requests, we send you the quote of our services. After you receive a quote, we will ask you to make the payment to our designated bank account.

- Do you provide interior design plans bearing furniture that we already have or plan to purchase?
- Yes of course. Please let us know all that you desire for your rooms such as “make the room with this impression” or “make the most of the style of furniture I want to have.”
- I have no floor plans for the rooms.
- Please send photos of your room if you don’t have floor plans. We will tell you how and where you have to measure.

- How long does the plan need to be completed?
- It usually takes between two weeks and a month to send the interior plan to you. If you are in a hurry, please let us know.
- Would it be possible to have your service even if I live in a distant place?
- Yes, it is absolutely possible. We offer you ONLINE interior design services by phone, email, or using Zoom. Please feel free to ask us for ONLINE services.
- Can we buy furniture and curtains by ourselves?
- You can surely do it. We send you a shopping list when we send the interior design plan. We can also arrange purchasing, delivering and setting for you as well with additional charge.
- I engage in developing condominiums.
Would it be possible that you provide interior design servicees for model homes? - Please contact us. As we have worked on designing model homes for both houses and condominiums for a long time, we believe that we could be of your help.

- Do you have any interior design proposals for rental residences?
- We are pleased to design your room as much as possible, even if rental residences usually have limitations and restrictions to fix up the interior.
