Overall, I felt the room viewings, measurements, and idea development were very thorough and never rushed. I really appreciated the support with planning and ordering custom-sized furniture, especially the table and bed—those would have been extremely hard to manage on my own. I also found the advice on mixing different suppliers very helpful. For example, focusing on a high-quality mattress while choosing a simpler but still good-looking bed frame, or investing in a high-end height-adjustable desk while keeping things practical with an IKEA sofa and kitchen counter. Everything still works well together visually. The artwork recommended for the walls also made a big difference and really elevated the overall feel of the space. Overall I am extremely happy with the interior coordination and all the work they put it, I would highly recommend them based on my experience!
My main focus was on quality for the items I use every day, especially the extra-long mattress, the height-adjustable desk, and the office chair. At the same time, it was important that furniture from different vendors matched in terms of style and color. Urban Interior did a great job making sure everything feels consistent and well put together.

This interior design project was for a client who recently relocated to Fukuoka from overseas. To ensure their years in Japan are spent in the most comfortable and inspiring environment, I carefully listened to their priorities and provided a balanced proposal that optimized their budget across various price points.
As the client works from home, I curated a selection from a diverse range of brands—including a sit-stand desk for ergonomic flexibility and art panels that evoke a sense of Japanese aesthetic. To ensure the space was a perfect fit, I also incorporated bespoke custom furniture to add those unique, thoughtful touches.
Collaborating to craft a "comfortable everyday life" was a truly rewarding and enjoyable experience. I understand there may have been some initial uncertainty in hiring a Japanese interior design firm, and I am sincerely grateful for the trust they placed in me.
